Different return policies and procedures apply to merchandise found under the “shop by category” tab which is shipped by Amazon.com or it’s affiliates. Please follow the instructions provided with those items.
Anything purchased from the “Hot Deal” tab is sold and shipped by Hotstuffcooldeals.com and the following information applies…
- All merchandise carries a minimum 30 day warrantee against defects.
- Most reconditioned merchandise carries a manufacturers warrantee for at least 90 days.
- Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a 12 month manufacturers warrantee.
- We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the warranty period.
- Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired at our option.
- Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
- A 25% Restocking fee will apply to ALL non-defective returns and a Company Credit will be issued for the balance. (Sorry No Cash Refunds). Credit will be good for use on any product in our hot deals catalog. Catalog will be emailed to you.
- Items sold with free shipping implies only that the item will be shipped to the purchaser free of charge.
- Any charges that are incurred for returns are the sole responibility of the purchaser.
- The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate “return shipping address”.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. Item will be shipped back to you free of charge.
- Email may be directed to support@hotstuffcooldeals.com if an update for a return is needed or you have general questions about the item.
- No returns sent COD will be accepted. Returns must be sent pre-paid.
- IMPORTANT: All returns must first be given an RA number and obtained by contacting us via email at: returns@hotstuffcooldeals.com , enter “Returns” in the subject line and send us your personal information including first and last name, address, and reason for the return .
- When you have finished and submitted your request, the RA # will be emailed to you within 48 hours which will need to be printed clearly on the outside of the package being returned.
Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender. Refused shipments will be handled like returns that do not have an RA #.
